- Sayings for the baby onesies:

1: Say what you want. I don´t speak English

2: Change me? Why? I´m perfect

3: Baby <- that is me

- Xiomara, Carlos and Marck got baptized! They all seemed so excited and it made me feel so good to see how united their family was. It was absolutely lovely. Now we just need to help their dad and mom with their marriage. I love them

- As soon as we got out of the baptism we had a little time and I felt to knock a specific door that was on the other side of the street in front of the church. My companion explained that he had already tried that house before. The lady that came out was super nice and we set an appointment for Monday. I hope that it all works out! I know that it´s important to have faith in promptings regardless of how it turns out.

- Hugo is someone that we met today. He told us when we were saying goodbye that he felt a happiness that rose in his whole body as he spoke with us. He is someone with immense faith who told a story where there was no fish (he is a fisherman). He then prayed with much faith, and then fish came and jumped into his hands. We only talked in front of his house because he said that his house was messy, but he was deeply grateful for our visit and he told us that he would like to be baptized. It seems like every single person over here wants to be baptized!

- Adela is struggling financially. She has been unable to find a steady job. Elder Saavedra shared the following scripture (Jacob 2: 18,19)

18 But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the the kingdom of God.

19 And after ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them: and ye will seek them for the intent to do good - to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.

I was reminded in this moment of what President Gong told me when I asked him, "how is it that I can promise things that will happen as you did to us?" He told me that I should promise blessings according to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I felt inspired after my companion finished sharing the scripture to promise her that if she would put seeking the kingdom of God even further up in her priorities than it already was, she will be able to find a stable job.
